About the Journal
The Jinnah Business Review (JBR) is a Bi-annual academic research journal of the “Jinnah Business Research Center” of Capital University of Science & Technology, Islamabad (Pakistan). The journal publishes two issues every year, i.e. January and July. The Journal publishes theoretical and empirical research papers in management, finance, human resource management, marketing and economics, project management and technology, psychology, and all other related disciplines of management and social sciences.

About JBR
Jinnah Business Review (JBR) is a bi-annual scholarly journal published by the Jinnah Business Research Center at the Capital University of Science & Technology (CUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. The journal publishes two issues each year, in January and July.
JBR features rigorous theoretical and empirical research in a wide range of disciplines, including:

Open Access Policy
JBR follows an Open Access model. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.
This license allows users to copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, provided proper credit is given to the original author(s). Authors submitting manuscripts to JBR agree to the CC BY license terms, ensuring global and unrestricted access to published research.
Peer Review Policy
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality and integrity.
- Initial Screening: The JBR Working Committee reviews the manuscript for relevance, quality, and compliance.
- External Review: Submissions passing initial screening are evaluated by two independent external reviewers.
- Editorial Decision: The Editor-in-Chief makes the final acceptance or rejection decision based on merit and reviewer feedback.
Advertising Policy
Jinnah Business Review adheres to COPE Core Practices and maintains strict editorial independence. To eliminate any conflict of interest, JBR follows a no-advertising policy.
The journal does not accept:
- Commercial advertisements
- Sponsored content
- Promotional articles or material
All editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit and remain completely free from commercial influence, both in the journal and its associated platforms.
