The major premise of recent research was to analyze the role of growth mindset as a precursor of goal attainment and the well-being of professionals. The present study proposed the learning agility of professionals with a growth mindset as an underlying mechanism between the role of growth mindset and goal attainment and well-being of employees. The study also delineated the moderating role of grit, as employees with growth mindsets who are high in grit have more learning agility, which leads to their increased growth attainment and well-being. Once individuals observe a model perform a behavior and experience the result of that behavior, they remember the order of events and apply this knowledge to direct future behaviors. Researchers have collected data from 380 professionals working in the service sector of Pakistan. The participants had been selected keeping into consideration the requirements of the structural equational modeling, which was run in AMOS to infer the results of the study. The propositions of the study were able to get support from the results, confirming that growth mindset plays a significant role in the well-being and goal attainment of professionals. The mediating role of learning agility and the moderating role of grit were also supported. The study also sheds light on its limitations and possible future avenues and implications of the findings.
