Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between project managers’ transformational leadership and project success, emphasizing the mediating role of team psychological well-being and the moderating role of psychological capital. Data was collected from 390 respondents across public and private sectors using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. Correlational and regression analyses revealed a strong positive association between transformational leadership and project success. Psychological well-being significantly mediated this relationship, indicating that supportive leadership enhances team morale and performance. Psychological capital further strengthened these effects, highlighting its importance in fostering resilience and commitment.
