This study examined the relationship between ethical leadership and project success with mediating role of employee trust and moderating role of ethical orientation. Data were collected from 100 employees from Kanji Advisory a project based company in Pakistan which designs and develops client responsive business strategies. The results proved that ethical leadership influences project success with the mediation of employee trust and with the moderation of ethical orientation.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between ethical leadership and project success, with the mediating role of employee trust and the moderating role of ethical orientation. Data were collected from 100 employees of Kanji Advisory, a project-based company in Pakistan that designs and develops client-responsive business strategies. The results indicated that ethical leadership positively influences project success through the mediation of employee trust and the moderation of ethical orientation.
