Data were collected from 100 project managers by using questionnaires. In order to analyze the relationship regression and correlation techniques were used, which indicated the positive impact of openness to experience on creativity. The results of study indicated positive and significant impacts of predictors on response variables.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of openness to experience on
project success with the mediating role of creativity and moderating role of uncertainty
