Abstract

The main aim of this research was to determine the impact of perceived organizational support (POS) on employees’ creativity, with the mediating role of intrinsic motivation, among employees working in software houses in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Data from 389 employees was gathered through self-administered questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was performed to assess the proposed model, and the results revealed that POS has a significant positive effect on both employee creativity and intrinsic motivation. Additionally, intrinsic motivation significantly influences employee creativity and partially mediates the relationship between POS and employee creativity.
