A Influence of Servant leadership on Project success with mediating role ofTeam building and moderating role of Trust in Pakistan

Abstract

The aim of the study was to explore the relationship between servant leadership and project success
through the mechanism of team building; while trying to find out the moderation effect of trust. The data were
collected from 120 employees in Islamabad Rawalpindi area through questionnaire from a sample drawn through
convenient sampling technique. The data were analyzed through regression. The study findings suggested that
Servant leadership has a positive relationship with project success, while team building also mediates the relationship between the two variables. Similarly, trust positively moderates the relationship between servant leadership
and team building. The study concludes by discussing implications and future directions.
